Fit For Real Life
Hi, I'm Kate
Being fit for real life is about taking simple actions to make your whole self fit for this one real life you’ve got.I do a lot of things to help my clients and customers get fit for real life, so here are my quick links to what I offer. Thanks for stopping by!

I'm Kate Galliett (Gall-ee-et) and I am a personal trainer who helps my clients get the results they desire while also teaching them how to take care of their body for the rest of their life.I've spent the last 22 years helping my clients achieve amazing results in their body and their life with simple, practical, health and fitness solutions. It's because my health journey was so involved and difficult that I've become so good at making the process straightforward and doable for so many.I was full of dis-ease - with both sickness and symptoms that no one should consider "normal", especially not at such a young age. But that's exactly what doctors told me...That it was "normal" to feel exhausted, always dealing with some infection, terrible gut issues, skin problems, mood issues, frequent injuries, constant severe muscular tension, and more. This is no way to live and it's certainly not normal.I set out to prove those doctors wrong by learning all that I could about how to take care of my body. And sure enough, I did just that.I no longer have any of the problems I had before. I have a clear mind and a body that is capable, strong, and energized. I am thriving. I am Unbreakable.
And, I've learned that I can trust myself to solve problems as they arise with my body. Because that's what it is to live in a body...Sometimes problems (or as I prefer to call them, "areas of opportunity") pop up and you're going to need to rely on your problem-solving skillset, your determination, and your self-trust to get to the other side of them. The only way to do that is to go on the journey of a lifetime by learning to be the caretaker of your body.If you are interested in my professional bio, here you go:Bachelors of Science Degree from Valparaiso University, 2003National Academy of Sports Medicine, Performance Enhancement SpecialistFunctional Range Conditioning, Mobility SpecialistMentored by Dr. Seth Oberst, DPTAuthor, Becoming Unbreakable: How To Build A Body You Love To Live InAs seen in Experience Life Magazine, LIVESTRONG, The Washington Post, Strength Running Podcast, and over 100 other articles and podcasts
