Due to the nature of our physical products, Fit For Real Life does not accept returns or exchanges on physical products under any circumstances.
- Should your order arrive, and something is clearly wrong with the product(s), or the product(s) have been damaged in transit, please contact us ASAP.
- Fit For Real Life, on a case-by-case basis, may offer to resend the product(s) or issue a refund.
- In order to have your products resent or a refund issued, you will be required to provide photos of the damaged products.
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have received a product that was damaged while in transit.
If you have purchased an online fitness course, and you find within the first 72 hours that the course is not going to be a good fit for you, you may request a full refund of your purchase. Please email email@example.com to start a fitness course refund request.
If you have purchased in-person fitness training, and decide you do not want to use the fitness training, you may request a refund for any services that have been paid for but are unused at the time of request. All services that have already been provided are not eligible for a refund.
