Announcing My Book! Becoming Unbreakable: How To Build A Body You Love To Live In

Let’s get right to the big, exciting news… I wrote a book to help you get rid of your pain, build your body so it feels awesome and can do all the things you want to do, and become an expert in the care of your body and your life!

It will be released in the first quarter of 2022 and I am so thrilled to bring this book to life for you!

Becoming Unbreakable: How To Build A Body You Love To Live In is the culmination of everything I’ve learned, not only in building my own body so it feels pain-free, strong, capable, and resilient, but also in what I’ve learned helping thousands of people to do the same for themselves. 

I’ve been working on the writing and creation of this book for two years now, but I’ve been working on the knowledge and insights I share in the book for 20 or so years.

If you don’t know my story, I was quite unwell when I was younger despite doing all the things one does to be fit and healthy. I had a terrible injury that sidelined me, as well as lots of recurring aches and pains that were constantly interrupting my life. I was always exhausted, felt like I was at war with my body, and I had a not-so-rosy outlook on life.

In short, I felt broken.

It’s why I felt so strongly that I needed to write this book… Because I know what it’s like to feel like you’re falling apart and like you have no clue how to put yourself back together (let alone figure out how to stop it from happening in the first place). I know what it’s like to feel like life just isn’t as good as you thought it would be because your body hurts, is holding you back, and is perpetually betraying you.

But I decided to go on a journey to figure out how to build my body so I love to live in it and to learn how to become Unbreakable in my body and life. Then I started sharing what I learned with others and guiding them on their own journey to become Unbreakable. And I’ve put all of that into this book for you.

The knowledge, tools, and tactics you’ll learn in Becoming Unbreakable will not only help you build a body you love to live in – it will also help you build a life you love to live.

Because one thing is for certain…

Building your body so it feels good and can do all the things you desire offers you an abundance of wisdom you can (and should) put to use in cultivating your life to be as rich, fun, joyful, and adventurous as you wish. Too often, body care gets stuck in the “body” part of it all. But the way I see it, the whole point of becoming Unbreakable is so that it can enrich every other aspect of your life.
