    Learn The Six Pillars Framework that has helped so many individuals create their own strong, durable, injury-resistant, high-performing bodies.

  • Learn The Exercises And Drills That You Need To Build Your 6 Pillars

    After evaluating your Six Pillars, you’ll be guided through training drills to bring up the mobility, stability, and strength of each Pillar.

  • Explore The Difference Between 'Flexibility' And 'Usable Mobility'

    Learn why the foam roller and yoga class aren’t the single-solutions for your mobility issues. You’ll learn how do mobility work that actually works.

  • Learn How To Become Resistant To Injuries

    Kineso-tape isn’t a badge of honor. Learn how to build your injury-resistance, and how to ebb and flow your own workouts to adjust for changes to your stress, time availability, and sports-season.

  • Integrate Unbreakable Strategies Into Your Sports & Daily Life

    Because you don’t have all day to exercise (and it shouldn’t take you all day to do this stuff). Learn how to apply what you’ve learned at this workshop to your sport and your daily life.

You now have the option to attend ONE or BOTH days. Select the Itinerary that best suits you, or attend both days and receive a savings on your ticket.

Day One: September 17th 12:30pm - 4:30pm

Day Two: September 18th 8am - 12pm

Tickets are only partially-refundable (50%) if refund is requested the week of the event. Tickets may be transferred if you are unable to use yours. A wait list will be opened if the event fills, and any tickets that become available will be offered to the wait list first.
