Fit For Real Life’s Refund Policy

It can be frustrating to try and get support, or a refund, for an online product you’ve bought. I know this annoyance first hand, too. 

That’s why for all Fit For Real Life products, I’ve designed an easy to understand refund policy.

Here’s how our super easy, super straight forward Refund Policy works:

For Books, Videos and Audio Programs

There are no refunds for items under $20 usd. We pride ourselves on producing high quality materials and content, and believe that we can better serve you by producing such high quality, instead of processing low cost refunds.

For all items over:
If you aren’t entirely satisfied with your purchase, please send a ticket via our support desk providing details of your reasons and we will review your request promptly.

You will need to contact our support desk within 30 days of your purchase with:

  • Your name
  • Your email
  • Your Order ID (this is in your email receipt)
  • Your refund request

 

For Web Apps and Dynamic Programming

If you are fully following your program as prescribed and not getting results (i.e. core strengthening, better mobility, a general feeling of getting stronger and less pain) please let us know via our support desk explaining your reasons along with a copy of your personal Training Logs.

To request a refund, you will need to contact our support desk within 60 days of your purchase with:

  • Your name
  • Your email
  • Your Order ID (this is in your email receipt)
  • Your training logs

 

** A note about Training Logs: They are your own notes on your weekly assignments and Mobility Maps. A file with just including a description of your assignment without personal notes will not be taken into consideration for refunds.
They are also the way you prove you are following your personalized program as prescribed, and need to be as detailed as possible, showing evidence of your personal work, this will also help you notice changes and personal progress.

Our Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is guaranteed/covered?

Because we know how effective it is, the quality of our products and quality of results is what we guarantee.

When does the 30 or 60 day refund period begin?

From the moment of purchase.

What won’t we refund?

As policy, we don’t refund any purchases after the 30 or 60 day refund window depending on the product. For web apps and dynamic programming, you must submit your personal training logs to qualify for a refund, without them it is not possible to review a case.

How long does a refund take?

5 business days to be processed on our end, then up to 15 days as worse case scenario for our banks to talk with each other and credit the funds back into your account.

Special Considerations:

Please keep in mind that you are free to purchase whatever quantity of programs you want. We do not prevent multi purchases for the reason that many of our customers do get more than 1 program for family members or others. Should this happen by accident, let us know as soon as possible, as all purchases at Fit For Real Life abide to our Refund Policy.
In case of programing there is a window of 60 days from date of purchase to process a refund. Refunds cannot be performed after 60 days.

All special pricing offers for our programs are available to First Time Buyers only.
If one of these offers catches your eye and you are already a customer, please keep in mind that a decision of taking the offer will not mean the Company will refund the first purchase, you do so on your own decision as a second purchase.
