Remember LO-VING PB & J as a kid? Or were you one of those kids who didn’t like sticky, sweet, gooey PB & J for breakfast, lunch, or dinner? Well as weird as you must be, you can join the “cool kids” as an adult with this healthy but ridiculously good Larabar.

I don’t know about you, but the few times I tried making a PB&J as an adult (pre-gluten intolerance/real, healthy food lifestyle shift), it just didn’t add up to what I remembered as a kid. I thought, well, that ship has sailed & that’s too bad – but now I get to enjoy alcoholic beverages so I guess it balances out – but I digress…
