		<description><![CDATA[Went out running at 6:15 am - still dark, cold but somehow still felt good to be out there.  Time to think, re-evaluate things, make decisions but mainly some much needed me time.  Ran 4, no watch, no timing, just some inner venting.  Totally enjoyed.  Quick shower &amp; back to the construction world.  Finished 2 projects &amp; now the day is mine.]]></description>
